Do I need an account?

You will need to create an account to submit online forms. You will be able to view and manage any online forms you have submitted by logging into your account.

What do I do if I cannot activate my account?

Open the e-mail sent to you when your account was created and click the link in the e-mail. If this does not activate your account, note down the Activation Code and go back to My Account on the website. Enter your username and password, then enter the code and click on the Activate button. Your account should now be activated.

Check you are using the correct username confirmed in the validation e-mail sent when you set up your account.
